Verse docs
Run code you don’t trust. Check the re-run.
Verse runs code on a machine you don’t trust and hands you a signed receipt pinning exactly what ran — which any independent node can re-run to convict a liar. Independent node processes connect directly over QUIC. No central cloud, no global ledger, no mandatory coin.
A provider runs a content-addressed WASM capsule on content-addressed input, returns a signed receipt, and an independent verifier replays it to confirm honesty — catching a lying provider even when its signature is valid.
This is verse-node v0.2: a working, networked slice of the
protocol. Independent processes form a mesh over real iroh QUIC —
discovery, distributed map-reduce, verified execution, settlement, fraud
detection, native LLM inference, and real Chaumian ecash.
